Quality of the meal was good, but when they charged me five times for two rolls, and I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix the issue, insisting I wait a month to try to get reimbursed. Two rolls, $68, when we should've had a $18.56 charge, plus $3 tip. Following up, my card company doesn't charge pre-authorization, but yours does. Still didn't explain why my card still had five transactions to your one restaurant. Today, there's a new pending charge of $21.56, so that's even more fun, as there's still two pending $18.56 charges, one pending credit in that amount, one posted $21.56...

Came in with my nephew on a Thursday. With covid you have to wear a mask entering and leaving. The space is quaint with beautiful japanese decor. Was a bit slow service in the beginning, they served one side before they came to the other. They were pretty popular that night had a lot of takeout orders. Miso came out first tasted like a general miso. Was cold there so I am happy the miso came out first to warm me up. Deep fried soft-shell crab came out with all the food just as I asked. This is the first soft-shell crab that I've had that was actually thoroughly cooked. Made correctly. Fully edible. White tuna and smoked salmon nigiri perfection. These are a couple of my fave fish. Nephew had the tobiko cali roll and regular cali roll. He enjoyed it. Bibimpap barely touched this the sushi won over my stomach. But ate it for lunch the next day it was great! Just like the memories when my oma makes it in TX. Uni (sea urchin) try to love it but the texture is too slimy for me. I still ate both. Samanco enjoyed this! Was full so i took it to go and ate melted version when I got home. Yes it was slow at the start but they also only have 1 waitress. She's super sweet, polite, and attentive. Customer service and food makes it worth the hour drive!

We were allowed in the door without a mask. I asked the guy in there...So, we have to wear it 15 ft to the table and then it's safe to take it off? He said yes. That makes about as much sense as washing your car in the rain. We don't carry masks around with us. We still live in reality. We went over to KOI and were seated with no mask. We were happy to spend our money there.
