Burger King

This place is terrible. Extremely slow getting orders filled and the staff are lazy. The guy with the gold teeth making the burgers was complaining the whole time about how he doesn’t get paid enough to do this job. If the owner is reading this your store could be profiting so much more if you had a reliable staff that was competent.

The single cheeseburger with 2 strips of onion and 3 small pieces of lettuce was good. The problem is, I ordered a big king. I paid for a big king. I took it back and showed it to them and they said it was a big king, without actually seeing the burger. They just looked at the wrapper, which said cheeseburger, and said it was a big king. I tried filling out the coupon on the receipt for a free whopper and it wouldn't take the survey code. That has nothing to do with this store, but adds to the frustration. Next time, I'll try my luck at McDonalds.

Had to wait atleast 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. The woman making the sandwiches made our 2 burgers and then was on her phone, scrolling, instead of giving us our food. After 10 minutes or so, the boy who took our order came back from "break" and she barked at him to get our order out to us. Here were 5 workers and I understand working a skeleton crew but these folks were not even trying! I'll starve to death before I ever stop here again.

This place is just terrible. They make you wait at the speaker for what feels like forever before they’ll take your order and do this with every single car, when I finally got my order in and pulled around there wasn’t a car in sight.. because they’d had everyone pull into a parking spot and asked me to do the same to wait for my food. I was there over 30 mins from start to finish. Ordered and original chicken sandwich and it was very clear that, one- they burned it BADLY, and two- all the lettuce was CLEARLY brown. Not just a little brown. VERY brown. How they could see all this and still serve that to anyone is absolutely a clear sign that they literally do NOT care. I can’t believe no one in management is staying on top of these issues.

Walked in to get something to eat quickly but never got waited on. They had one cusomter inside and maybe 4 or 5 cars in the drive through. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and never once were we greeted or told to hold on for a minute or anything. They looked at us and went on about whatever they were doing. We ended up walking out. They were not busy and had zero desire to work. I can't imagine the wasted moeny BK is throwing out by paying these people to not serve customers. It also appears from the other reviews that this is a normal situation. This place won't last long.
