Cicis Pizza

ITS JUST LIKE THE CHUM BUCKET🤮 I went there yesterday and it was just terrible. Not like how it was when I was a child. Scenery was terrible it was disgusting nothing seemed sanitary and very over priced for how disgusting it looks. I ordered Parmesan wings and the were brought to me in a puddle of grease. If I could I would rate this place 0 stars.

Eh. I've had better Cici's experiences before. I'm aware of what to expect going to one, so my rating takes that into consideration. Biggest issues were 1) the restaurant was very warm and 2) despite not being very busy, pizza options were rather slow coming out. Place was acceptably clean. I'll probably give them another shot down the road, as they are an affordable option with two teenagers!

The guy was nice enough but it was gross. There were flies by the salad bar and only a couple options for pizza. The floor was cracking when you walked on it. The tables and chairs were sticky and the plates were all dirty. The bathrooms were appalling. They had mold in each, the doors were sticky and not flushed. The smell of mold were everywhere. My young children enjoyed the idea of a pizza buffet but I’m waiting for the upset stomachs.

Ever been to a dying mall? It felt like that. No one else in the restaurant, 1 employee working and music intermittently cutting in and out. I'm giving 5 stars because the guy working was great, made pizzas quickly when asked and was incredibly kind. Hopefully business can pick up and it can feel a little less depressing on our next trip

DRIVE TO THE ONE 15 MINUTES UP THE STREET. This place is DISGUSTING. I understand there is a staffing shortage but the renaming staff there do not care. They stand around and don’t do anything. Pizza is disgusting. Floors are always sticky tables are always dirty. Buffet? Absolutely not. They never have anything. You have to ask for everything to be made yet when it’s made it is disgusting. Please take the extra 15 minutes to drive to the other location right up the road.

My husband and I have given this location 3 tries and every time it has gotten worse. The only time it’s good is when the Hispanic man is working. I don’t know his name but he is always nice and seems to be the only one to really do anything and stay on top of it. There is barely any pizza out and the salad bar always is bare. They didn’t even have marinara sauce available. No Ice for your drinks and they only have the child’s cup available. And they know it’s not good service for they have a no refund paper. Not worth it. Not coming again. This place needs better service and people who actually care about the place.
