Depending on the day and time this location can be packed and like most locations it is always a good idea to check your order for accuracy but they're pretty good. My only complaint is the kids drink was like 70% full they use an automated drink dispenser so that's not calibrated properly.

Location is garbage, they placed a small cup inside the medium/large. Always making mistakes and rude. Poor management. Would love a nicer location closer to San Juan as this one is worthless.

Avoid it if you can especially at night time, staff so lazy they cant cook the beef all the way through. I received a beef patty still raw internally. Will not return.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time. Drive through the slowest. I tried inside last time, 2 of the 4 screens were turned off, literally waited there 5 minutes for someone to take my order even though there was no one ahead of me.

Whoever is working the drive-thru window on Saturday 7/2/22 at 7:46am is taking the orders wrong. I didn’t notice until I was on the expressway that the order was completely wrong. $21 worth of food for four people only to get everything wrong. Very disappointed.

Every time I come here they always mess up my order. I always try and give them the benefit of the doubt that they would get my order right and they never do. And I make sure to tell them twice and I check my order before I leave and they still try and make it seem like I’m wrong. Even after I show them the bag. Seriously worst place ever.

I placed an online order 15 minutes before I arrived, I waited in the drive thru line for another 11 minutes, when I got to the window I was told it was an additional 7 minute wait. This is extremely poor service. I called the nanager and she said when she got there nothing was ready, so she had to prepare the food herself. Such poor service, they need quality workers to get things done. Do go if you don't want to wait for "fast" food, ha! What a joke!

The worst I swear, I’m seriously done going to this place. When you order your food it would be nice to get some good fries my kids always need up getting the worst fries. I know it’s a small box for the happy meals but when we even order xtra fries we still the worst so here I go ordering a medium size to think maybe I’ll get them better ones.
