Gave this location another chance… Their customer service got a bit better but they still in the corner on their phones doing nothing, the cooks are the only ones who seem to be working hard. This location specifically seems to run out of fries quickly, so try not to order late at night or dine in late either unless you don’t order fries… the wait time is bad as well so expect to be there a while. On the bright side your food should be fresh..as long as you pay attention to the orders they’re making because the cashiers sure won’t be checking up on them …

If i could put no stars i would, lady kept getting my order wrong after i kept correcting her. After getting 2 six wings they came all greasy and no spice since i ordered mild.

I would have added 0 stars but it won't let me so 🤷 but overall terrible service. Our food came out cold and it was a long wait and a customer after us got their order right away and they didn't even call in ahead of time 🙄

Call to make an order never answered the phone was on hold for 30 minutes when I came in only one customer in the store looked at their phone they had everybody waiting they weren't answering the phone just because they didn't want to

Worst consumer service I've ever experienced. I called to place an order, and the girl charged me a different order, more expensive, and she said she couldn't do refunds, and the manager wasn't there to do it, basically no help at all.

I was on hold for 20 mins and then called again and on hold for another 15 mins. Terrible customer service!
