Store appears to have closed permanently Tu 25-Jan 2022. This is the best thing that could have happened to a bad franchise. Understaffed. Poorly trained. Poor service. Frequent staff turnover. Opens later than the mall during 2021/22. Prices much higher than the neighborhood stores (where I do buy). IMO, no loss.

PROS: This Dunkin I never had any problems with. They always get your order right and they have nice people working here too. The place is always clean and they even have merchandise on sale like the larger branches do
CONS: They tend to be very slow when 3+ people come in
OVERALL: If you want to grab something fast or maybe there isn't anyone in here then I would come in. But if you see a line, just keep walking

Terrible customer service. Refused and laughed at me when I asked them to add extra milk to the coffee because they said that would make the coffee cold. Also they don't accept the coupons that are on their coffee cups the peel and win stickers. Don't get excited if you win because they don't accept them here.
