Great staff and service. Pizza is always hot and fresh when ordered and delivery times are good. Only complaint i have is that the buffet is closed and that you can no longer dine inside. As this is due to COVID i will not be reducing my number of stars.

They do not have very good customer service ! Did not have change for $100 dollar bill when the change would have been 60 and some odd change !! The guy was not very professional! Said he only has like two 5 two 10s and a couple of 20s ! What business doesn’t keep change!! Then said I could use a debit card or pay some other !! What kind of business doesn’t keep the correct change? How are other people going to get change for their pizza? Not going back! I said that the time before last when the same dude argued with me about a pizza order and that I couldn’t order the pizza that is on their menu!! This time I will not go back!! They need better management!!

Well first off i ordered online and some how my order was wrong and the manger said there was nothing she could do about the pizza. I got to pizza hut in ozark at said location and it was for curb side pick up i notified them i was there and got a text message and said my order would be out in 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and finally called and was gave a excuse they had to clean their ovens and food would be out in a few minutes. Then the cheesesticks was the worse i have EVER had. They looked nothing like what the picture online looks like. They was BURNT. So they manger said she would give me 2 more orders of them. And they was BURNT again. So i ended up with a cheese pizza that went in the trash along with 3 orders of cheesesticks. Im sorry i dont like BURNT food. I would never serve that to anybody. I spent like 70 dollars for a pizza and a dessert the rest went in the trash.

Did a online order went to pick it up they got it wrong 😩 had to wait 30 mints and message them 2x didn't pay attention that I had been waiting until one of the drivers told them I had been waiting. They bring my order and of course it was wrong they fix it and it's cold 🙄 . But the food was good.

Personally, I wish there was a no star rating because we live 1.3 miles from this Pizza hut and either we have to wait for almost 3 hours to get a small $27 meal OR we get put on hold u til they close assuming the employees and even the manager don't just answer and hang right back up.

We love pizza hut! Friendly staff, great flavors and so far they always get out order out quickly and accurately.

Not happy at all with ozark pizza hut....my order was suppose to be for 11am on this day an they couldn't find it, an when they did it was for the following week...I have had ppl here waiting for it to eat. Not happy at all..poor customer service.

I was very pleased and impressed with the service I got we ordered seven pizzas for our Christmas family get together and the pizza was perfect and the crew that was at this Pizza Hut was very friendly appreciated them tremendously
