Long John Silver's

Can't recommend. Food is ok usually KFC or Long John's by themselves ate decent or better. Even combined ones are usually good. This one been to quite a few times always disappointing. Try to go to different KFC or Long John's you'll thank yourself later. Hopefully, this will get worked out but as of now can't recommend. Staff seems to never have adequate training and food lacking. I'd really like this place to exceed since it's closer for my family.

Ordered a combo...2 fish, 3 chicken w/ 2 sides. It was $11+ tax. Get home open it up, all 3 chicken were dark brown, hard you can't chew or bite & pull it away. You couldn't even chew the fish. My husband had to spit it out. I live on the opposite side of town now, & I've called there 4 times NO ONE answers. And they DID NOT give me a receipt, although, she said it was in the bag....needless to say, I beyond livid!

We eat hear sometimes because it is fast and easy. Only one time was it a good experience, and that is because the associate that we dealt with was visiting. The last time ordered something on their drive through board told they don’t carry that. Order was wrong, when I called back the employee basically said too bad. I called another LJS to get the DM’s name because I’m not sure anyone there really cares. I was told that they were in a different district and she did not have a contact name or number but she gets calls about the ozark store pretty frequently. Nobody in charge, kinda feel sorry for some of the employees because they didn’t sign up for that

There was no carbonation in the soda. They do not have ketchup for french fries. The hushpuppies were way overcrowded and super greasy. My friend and I both ordered the same thing. 1 fish, 1 chicken, 2 shrimp. My side was hushpuppies., my friend had French fries. He had a leg piece of chicken and he also received hushpuppies. My piece of chicken was a chicken finger.
