My experience was really great. One worker name Arah was one of the best customer service members I ever met! I’m just saying now she should get promoted and a raise! Thank you so much for being so nice!

Get the McDonald's app if you don't already. It's so easy to customize your order however you want it while also getting discounts. This location specifically is always super friendly and the food is always very good.

The manager Nathaniel was very good and nice. I had an issue with another McDonald's and he fixed the issue where the other wouldn't. They need more managers like him. 👍

McDonalds is a solid 3 star establishment on a good day. This establishment tends to have very extended order times, as well as an overall lack in the quality of food when compared to the McDonalds one exit down the road. I don't know if it's just because the workers are worse, but overall this McDonalds specifically tends to lack in overall speed and quality which brings down the review by a whole star

Everytime I come here my food is always wrong. By the time they get it right my other food is cold. Since Chip took over its been awful. They maybe short handed but they can still get the order correct. Cold food and horrible service.

We ordered inside because the drive-thru was horrendous.
Boy, was that a mistake.
The cashier was inattentive and we had to repeat our order multiple times.
Order was not read back and when we got our food it was wrong.

Not the best McDonald's in the area. Customer service is always bad; from waiting for someone to take my order to the cold fries and hard buns. Also theirs a lot of yelling going on in the back, a lot of it to me sounds like useless chatter. Very noisy environment. Not very professional in my opinion. Bottom line, food is hit or miss and customer service complete miss.

This McDonald's has gone downhill so much in the past year or so! You don't get what you order half the time, or it's not correct or something. Tonight after 28 minutes in the drive thru, we get home to another messed up order. Not again! Called the manager. Nothing but rude. Sorry sweetheart but it's people like me that pay your paycheck! Maybe you should be nicer and train your employees.
