Probably the worst fast food option in town. It's a gamble if you're gonna get the correct food so always check the bag if you use the drive through. Furthermore, the entire restaurant is run by children, and a completely absent management staff.

They’ll get the order right and it’ll be hot without a bad wait. Not slow but if you got somewhere to be or are a lil impatient keep going. Me personally, I like it hot and fresh and don’t mind 5 to 10 mins in the drive through. Still a 5 star experience for me.

Waited 15 minutes for food. One of the employees two kids were running around the dining area climbing on chairs and tables and partitions with bare feet. One other guest had to tell them to settle down! They were out of control. We will never eat there again, we will go to Dothan or eat somewhere else!

We all complain about how great or how horrible each fast food restaurant is, but the fact is the food is always mediocre at best and the service is typically subpar. Prices are pretty competitive across all fast food restaurants and the food is typically as competitive as the pricing. The of few things that Wendy's has going for it, is their Coke is great and they are on almost every corner across the United States.

This place is absolutely terrible. It's filthy. When the girl came up to take our order she just stared at us. I finally said "are you waiting for our order" and she said "yes". We ordered small Frostys and she gave us junior sized. Never ever again.

Everyone is on their phones. Took forever for my food even though I was the only one in line. They didnt even know if they had the correct order for me. Smh.

While the staff was courteous enough to accommodate cdl orders, hence the gratuitous 2 stars, the food itself was SEVERELY LACKING! The southwest avocado salad i ordered tasted subpar. The greenery tasted borderline bitter, and the chicken itself tasted old and bland. By far best thing in the salad were the tomatoes, bacon and cheese. They should consider a BLT salad in future🤷🏾♂️
