Not the first time this has happened at this store probably for me will be the the last. Chicken was dreadfully overcooked, we had asked for our bucket to be a mixture of crispy and original. We got all crispy,, way too crispy. We had family over and the kids wouldn't even eat it. Ordered corn for one of our sides, and it looked like it was made yesterday and sat out overnight. We live just far enough away that I didn't want to drive back, wasn't worth going back for more of the same. We ate what we could stand and threw away the rest.

Always clean easy to find just like another chain in the link nice staff sometimes always check your food don't think your foods cook till you checked it stay safe inside is closed due to the virus always wash your hands and make sure you always say thank you to all the front line workers keeping all of us safe and fed we know we don't want to work fast food but they're saving us and keeping us fed God-bless us all

Mother of GOD where do I begin? Lets start with ours sides were wrong. My oldest daughters wings were overcooked to the point of being inedible. Same with my youngest daughters popcorn chicken. My chicken breast was dryer than 5 day old thanksgiving leftovers. And the nail in the coffin, they couldnt even properly make mashed potatoes. The crew was shouting at eachother to where the employee at the window couldnt here our order ( side note: their drive through speaker was broken. Had to order at the window) so we had to keep shouting repeatedly for him to understand. I tried calling to get this rectified but they didn't answer. Honestly the way the crew was acting while we were there, I wasnt surprised. Horrendous experience.
