Panera Bread

Always have great service at this location. And it’s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club) and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I’ve never had a baked good I don’t like. Restrooms and facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is a good location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return.

My order and what was paid for: Broccoli soup Bread Bowl, Strawberry Poppyseed salad with no chicken, and a sandwich. What I recieved: a cup of the soup I wanted with no bread bowl in sight, the requested salad but with chicken,and the sandwich was the only thing made correctly, probably due to it not having modifiers. Please help me understand how you can give someone the SOUP for the bread bowl....and no bread bowl. The bread bowl was noticibly absent from the moment I checked. I didnt feel like turning around for that, but when I arrived home I noticed there was chicken on the salad. I hadn't noticed because of the missing bread bowl. There was more missing from the order than there was made correctly. I had mild expectations, and apparently even that was way too high.

Thank god they can’t mess the Broccoli cheese soup up. But they sure can forget half the ingredients on your salad! Ordered the sesame Asian salad tonight got a tub full of lettuce, wonton strips, and chicken.. thought something looked strange googled the ingredients in a salad I’ve been eating for years thinking wait a minute.. only to find yes I was correct my salad wasn’t even made with the proper “Panera listed ingredients” do better Owasso Panera or learn how to make your menu items up to standard
