This is not really a review, even though the ice cream is really good! I just have one question. So I called yesterday to ask if you were hiring and the guy on the phone said you were. He told me to come in to talk to the manager about it. But unfortunately I couldn’t make it in yesterday. So then I called again today to see when the manager was going to be there, and the guy said they weren’t hiring at the time. And this was all in a 24hr period. So I’m very confused.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delicious. The experience of watching them name ice cream from a liquid using nitrogen was fun. It was an enjoyable family outing!

This place freezes your icecream right before your eyes. SO good. They have a lot of flavors & different options. You can even choose what cream is used. Way better than Cold Stone could ever be. Can you say yummy??

I didn't catch names unfortunately but this is the first time my best friend and I visited and i was very pleased with my experience. The guy that was working was very informative and was happy to help, and the girl working with him was just as awesome. They were very patient with us and was just the best. Thanks for the delicious new treat!

I absolutely loveee the ice cream here. The texture is amazing and the environment is awesome. I've never had ice cream that tastes like sub zero. I remember when I was a kid they had one located somewhere around west Jordan but unfortunately they shut down

Nice place to hang out with your love one for a cup of ice cream. Good price and excellent service from all of the help behind the counter. My husband and I will come back when we are around. We recommend it if you need a good ice cream. The taste is not too rich but excellent.

Custom instant ice cream shop offers hundred of flavor combinations. The ice cream is delicious. This is not soft serve, but real hard smooth and creamy ice cream made to order as you watch. They also offer a variety of mix-ins. Besides regular cream mix, they offer vegan, no sugar added, lactose intolerant and reduced fat basses.

This is an awesome ice creme parlor and if you get the right person they will really entertain the kids with the nitro I was very sad when the nitro ice creme closed by my house but glad there is one in the valley I drive clear across town just to get this icecream

I don't like ice cream.. one bit, but sub zero's ice cream is not like any regular ice cream. It has a consistency and taste that is literally addictive. My husband and I try to come here every week for date night and without fail it's always the best. We never get sick of it and the service is always enjoyable. They always meet our expectations and go above and beyond. If you have not tried them, you really should. You will not be let down by the delicious goodness of their ice cream!!

Not the best ice cream I’ve had but it’s the coolest freaking ice cream place there is. I enjoy taking my two kiddos here because who wouldn’t wanna watch them make ice cream right before your eyes. I also LOVE the different things you can put into it and the variety of flavors of ice cream. My Son got a Mountain Dew ice cream I’m thinking ew? But he LOVED it!
