Applebee's

It's ok. Excellent service but the food is mediocre. They were out of all flavors of the cheeto cheese bites and for some reason could not make frozen drinks. We had the blackened salmon, which is not blackened only grilled, the Pepper chicken mac and cheese and chicken alfredo. The food wasn't bad but also not good enough to recommend. Our waitress was awesome and made our experience nice.

Southwest Chicken Bowl I think it's a swing and a miss. It's really small like a House Salad! Has good taste, but so small I'm surprised its $12.00! Wont do it again! The savior in this is Gabby, the Bartender! She is Wonderful, Applebees you should be thankful for her being so pleasant, making up for the lackluster menu item! The Manager was awesome as well, apologetically for this problem when we all know, Corporate should be the one apologizing! Look at the pictures....you're gonna go out of business over greed!

Went tonight. Waited too long for drink appetizers and food. Then half the food was cold. Chicken was a very horrible quality and overcooked. Sent one plate back. And was supposed to get a replacement piece of chicken for another plate...never came. Manager was taking care of it...only took $7 and change off a pretty large bill...7 people. We love Applebee's just not the murray location.

We waited an hour for our meals while the staff was busy filling a catering order for 30. We felt so sorry for the staff and manager. They were trying to keep up but couldn’t. The food came out cold. What was hot was good. They should not accept large catering orders if they don’t have the staff to prepare them.

The restaurant is really nice, the food is (for the most part) delicious. The wait time wasn't long and the restaurant is clean. When I ordered the spinach and artichoke appetizer, the photo in the menu showed a full bowl, but what we got was less than half. Some of the chips were stale as if old and new chips got mixed. For my main dish, the steak, fries, and loaded potatoes were amazing. The steak was cooked more than expected, and my guest's was undercooked (so we swapped).

Ordered online for pick-up in store with a specific time. We had to wait and wait. Four employees walked past and asked us the same question as we responded they walked pasted and repeated the same question again as if not listening. Get home the food was cold in a 12 minute drive there were six waffle fries in one box one steak was burnt. It was a terrible meal.
