Just drove from Illinois to Monroe for coffee, and doughnuts. They should've been open until 8:00pm. I was there at 6:20, and they were closed. Drove up to the window, and there was a girl standing there. As soon as she saw me, she turned and walked away. They had all their lights turned off. Don't get me wrong. I always get good service..... when their open.

One star and that’s because the lady at the drive through was super nice and gave great customer service. But while someone was yelling to take my order only to find out it was the manager being rude! Corporate should really fix this because there will be many customers lost because of the attitude of this manager. It is terrible when the crew workers are friendlier to the customers than the person who is running the store. Definitely will not be back.

Today they demonstrated excellent customer service when there was a problem with our order from the app coming through. I’ve been a customer for years. They’re always friendly, the service is fast. the drinks are made well and the store is always clean.

I like their app. I order my food when I leave the house, drive down right away and walk in. My food is ready and waiting for me to pick it up. Very convenient and handy.

Me and my friends rarely have issues,if we do the staff is very sweet about it. It's a great place to get coffee and donuts. I also love their merchandise.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited in line for 5 minutes and no one greeted us or even had the common sense to say, “we will be right with you” will not be coming back.
