Your Pie

Since changing owners, this location has steadily declined in cleanliness and efficiency, as well as quality of food. There were 10+ employees working today and the entire restaurant was filthy. Most of the kids “working” were just standing around. I also wanted to ask the person making pizzas if they’d ever seen a pizza before; it was abysmal. Likely won’t return for a while.

This place has really gone down hill. My family and I came during lunch on a Saturday. There was 4 tables being used but none of the tables were cleaned. The floor was disgusting. The trash was over flowing so bad you couldn’t put any trash away. There was only one lady who seemed to be working. She even asked someone for some help and nobody moved or said anything to her. Everyone else was standing around, most on their phone. The cooler was almost completely empty.

We normally visit the Your Pie in Loganville. This was our first visit to the Monroe location. The vibe of the restaurant is trendy. Service was quick. The food arrived to our table in less than 5 min from ordering. The pizzas tasted good, though a little burned on the bottom. We were at the restaurant around 4pm on a Friday. There were at least eight people behind the counter. Three of the employees were throwing cups at each other. The rest were standing around talking. One girl with red hair was restocking the napkins and appeared to be the only one working. In summary, the food was pretty good so I would recommend it. The employees standing behind the counter not working made me question if there was a manager on site as there were a few dirty tables, the drink area could have been cleaned, etc.

When the pizza is done well it is great. Unfortunately their delivery service is terrible. I received my order cold and over an hour after ordered through their app. On top of that they often make mistakes on the order, this time around I was given someone else's order. I wish their quality of service was consistent. Do not pick up or request delivery service, it is best to walk in to ensure you get what you want.

Don’t even want to leave a star. I’m so upset. This will be the 3rd time we have tried to give this place another try! But until this place is under new management or new employees I’ll NEVER waste my time nor money on this location. We used to love this place a came often but not anymore. I have plenty of complaints like the workers being extremely lazy and rude to our food having bare minimum ingredients and being burnt to being put on the rack and being told we couldn’t get ourself after it’s been sitting for over 10 to 15 min. So now we have cold pizza that’s mostly burnt bread.! Don’t bother asking for them to fix it or to complain bc nobody cares and they are just rude as can be. I am just beside myself on this place right now. Take the time to go somewhere else or go to a different location and maybe you will be treated better and get better pizza.
