Taco Bell

Had an online order that I was going to submit to the Loganville location but they were out of lettuce, sour cream, and onion so I decided to send it to this location. I am beyond mad! After driving 10 mins home I open up this Crunchwrap, that I specifically ordered with double beef and double cheese, since Taco Bell decided to lower the portion size on this item. This is garbage, I got the same amount of meat and cheese as the “normal size” only the meat was spread thinner and the cheese was in one corner. Taco Bell you’re majorly losing what you used to represent, affordable Americanized Mexican food that you always crave just before bed.

we ordered 2 hours before closing then the order got canceled 20 minutes before closing so we drove to the store and a girl told us very rudely that they were closed when it was 10 minutes til closing. i work in service and would never send a costumer away before closing time. i explained this to her and she said it was because they were out of the drink we wanted. i wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it but i don’t think it was deserved and they just wasted 2 hours of my time.

Great staff. Fresh food. The only Taco Bell I’ll go to! The ladies who work here are always sweet. Ignore the negative comments. It’s fast food, not a fancy restaurant. If you don’t like the drive through, go in to make sure your order is correct. The way the cars wrap around the drive through, they’re doing something right!

Due to employee shortages, all orders must be placed on the kiosk. The program will not allow you to back out of a selection unless you cancel the order and start over again. It can be a little frustrating. The food was not particularly warm and not as good as I have come to expect from Taco Bell.
