Got a decently sized iced matcha latte; was honestly decent taste wise and it was quick and easy; especially for like 4.50?$ like Starbucks could never and it practically tastes the same lmao.

I’m a frequent customer to this Dunkin location. I’ve met the manager multiple times during my visits as he is working the drive thru , always pleasant and friendly. The staff overall is very nice and always pleasant.
Todays visit was the only exception to not getting five stars. This could have been a five star review, but based on today’s customer service experience, it sadly will only be a 4 star review.
This morning I placed a mobile order for 30 minutes before arriving to the location, give me enough time to have my order prepared ahead of time. If I arrive to the location and went inside to pick up my mobile order, since the line was very long as it normally is during this time, which is understandable, that’s why I placed a mobile order because I know that having one less person getting in line, can keep things moving right along. I was able to approach the counter and let them know that I was here to pick up my mobile order. The lady at the front was very nice and was gathering my items for me.
However, the secondary lady who was spoken to about getting a latte together for my order, made it very rude and spiteful, comment saying “ well, she’s gonna have to wait till after this order, and his order, and their order,” in a very rude and spiteful manner. I was more than happy to wait for my latte. I had no problem doing so, I was only trying to be thoughtful and not take up another space in line where they could be serving another customer since I had already paid for my order well ahead of time.
Not sure if this person was just really having a bad day, but the comment was made right in front of my face as I’m standing there. I thought that it was very rude and inappropriate and it’s some thing that shouldn’t have been said. I’m a very loyal customer who comes to this location if not every other day, but at least four times a week. I’ve never been treated that way here and I’m sad that this person thought that it was appropriate to act in such a manner.
I relayed my concerns to the corporate office, and I have full confidence that they will be reaching out to the manager who owns this establishment. I’ve met him. He’s a wonderful person and very understanding.
I will not overall let this affect my business here. I won’t let one instance of somebody having a really terrible day, ruined the business relationship that I have with this location.

Updating my previous one star rating. I contacted corporate and was contacted by the manager Roland. Hey was very apologetic and was shocked by the previous service I had received. He took great care of us to make our earlier experience right. Thank you Roland for stepping up and making the experience much better! We will be back.

We went here today to get food and stood inside for a good five minutes before being acknowledged. There was a sign at the counter saying that they were doing training. The lady in front of us finally asked about being able to place an order, and was told that, we probably wouldn’t be able to be served there and we would have to go to the drive-through. I’m not sure what company would set up a operation that way. It seems counterintuitive to be able to have the dining room open yet not serve anybody in the dining room. This also caused this store to lose out on additional revenue as we had planned to buy a tumbler and a bag of coffee. This is horrible service, and it needs to be looked at immediately!!! 😡😡😡

We called ahead a large order. Our business moved to Monroe, Dunkins was too convenient, and everyone was all for it. Every single order was correct and ready when we got there. The manager was very nice to help us out. Will definitely be back!

The food and the beverage I purchased were good. The service was quick. The person who came to the counter to take my order didn't greet me. Didn't say hi or anything at all. I had to start the conversation. That is one of my pet peeves with restaurants now. If I am going to spend my money with you the least you could do is welcome me or say hi. A lot of the tables were dirty I had to search for one that I thought was clean. And I noticed that a manager was having a meeting with an employee and one other employee was taking a break at tables and I'm going to guess they were clean. So I hope this location steps up their table cleaning routine. The drive-thru was very busy. This Dunkin' donuts is at a very good location close to the highway and close to the outlet mall.

Unquestionably, the best coffee in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. The atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and inviting. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided and Stephen is SUPER HELPFUL and truly cares about his customers and the quality of service and food provided. Truly amazing! Thank you so much!
