Clean premises and welcoming staff. Good KFC experience.

A decent KFC, with above average food and decent prices. Staff are kind, but clearly don't want to be there. The seating area is not very pleasant, and you'll often see cobwebs and mould in corners

Its not just always about the food, which undoubtedly is very good at KFC, but also the experience with the staff. Initially staff were not very good; rude and very unpleasant.
However, the situation has completely been reversed - the current staff are very friendly and helpful. The speed of service has also greatly improved.

Awesome wings but felt kinda small The original recipe chicken pieces were a bit dry. I would really recommend a supercharger mayo, It goes well with almost everything. Was a bit disappointed that they do not offer Pepsi original or coca cola, However they do offer other drinks.

One of my favourite when I newly arrived in Middlesbrough as it's something I enjoyed in Nigeria. But without much variety it makes me not frequent KFC. But I visited today from church and I thought about dropping a review 😊 Sorry no pic, you probably know of KFC 😆

A nice clean KFC, has the new order screens so you don't have to talk to someone if you don't want to. Didn't have any napkins in the dispenser, had to ask for some from behind the counter which is a shame. The food is what you'd expect, reliable KFC.
