We visited this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was delicious. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to Katie and the other team members, you all provided excellent customer service.

Came for bottomless brunch today. Food was amazing and staff were so good. They ensured we had enough drinks and made sure we were topped up at all times. Very polite and it was just a lovely experience. Thank you so much xxx

I highly recommend this restaurant for a date out with great ambiance a restaurant with food and drinks together will have a great atmosphere and chat within loved ones .
We been received by Philip who has hosted us with great recommendations for food and drinks and service he did was excellent and Lauren who had mixed Koko kuno coconut rum with lemonade had a great flavors experience.i would really thanks to Philip and Lauren for their hospitality

Second time I have been to turtle bay, my favourite place to go and the bottomless brunch is amazing and definitely worth out! Thank you Maisie and Ruby for the quick, friendly and excellent service. I will definitely be back 🤩🤩

Absolutely stunning food, the lamb is to die for!
Definitely recommend getting the dumplings as a side.
Our server Lucy was super helpful with recommendations and really friendly, it feels like being served a slice of Jamaica in your own cozy front room :)

Genuinely amazing. I felt sick because the pineapple juice was that good I couldn't stop drinking. You'd think it was inspired my the original coke recipe! They were really helpful in telling us spice levels and recommendations for food. It wasn't my choice to come here as it was my brothers birthday and I can't handle spice. They were helpful telling us the spice levels and were able to remove spicey aspects of the food despite the inconvenience and classic white person stereotype 😂. I didn't get a picture of the brownie because despite the saltiness I devoured it in moments. Amazing service and food. Tables eternally sticky but that's my only complaint!

First time to turtle bay and our group of 3 opted for the bottomless brunch! I have to say it was excellent and without fault from start to finish.
Our waitress Meg made sure we were well looked after and kept our cocktails flowing. Meg advised us on our meal choices and was really knowledgeable. The meals were way better than we had anticipated with a brunch deal and would happily come here again for food or drinks.
We had an amazing time even though we went through the week and early afternoon so it wasn’t overly busy, the atmosphere was still really lovely. We all can’t wait to return and have recommended it to all our friends and family.
