Planet sub is my favorite! I used to live in Kansas city, where they started and this location is just as good. They even make my favorite off the menu sandwich for me. Thank you guys, you're the best!

So, first time and we will be back when we are down here for Soccer matches and tournaments! Wife had the chicken buffalo, I went for the Experience, and what an experience it was...delicious, delicious, delicious....hot, fresh, and bread was great! Staff was welcoming and extremely friendly. What more can you ask for!

Loved it! The Turkey sub is amazing, but if you're looking for something quick and cheap to can get just the kids sub which is about $2.50. Would highly reccomend!

I went to Planet Sub last week and I ordered the super hero. Let me tell you it was one of the best subs I ever had. I love how my bread was made fresh. The customer service was excellent as well! I would definitely recommend Planet Sub to others!

First time at this place and I'll definitely be back! Junior was super helpful in explaining their offerings and what sets them apart and Jocelyn made an incredible turkey sub on freshly baked jalapeno bread... Both were very attentive without being bothersome. Great Experience! Will Recommend!

Was originally going to Texas Roadhouse before movie. They were packed. Walked past planet subs went in had the beefeater sub. It was great they make there own bread the cream cheese made the sub. The service was the best. Will be going back again.

Never been here before but will most definitely be back. The customer service was spectacular. I do not know the girls name but she was fantastic. We ordered a sub, she brought it out and said if we don't like it we can order something else but the beefeater was so delicious. I wanted hot sauce and she gave me 2 different kinds. One mixed with yogurt, which was phenomenal and one without in case I didn't like the yogurt one. Exceptional service with plenty of subs to choose from.

I love this place, as a Kansas City native I was surprised when I stumbled across one of my favorite sandwich shops back home. I was surprised a lot of the items that I think they were famous for back home they don't serve at this location.
I have since been in here often enough that the employees are remembering my order. I will say that I have noticed that the staffing situation is always pretty bad. I mean one day this poor girl was there by herself, taking orders in person, phone orders, delivery service orders, all while trying to make the sandwiches. Im sure that you lost a few customers that day.
My biggest thing besides the staffing is the last couple times I have gotten the roast beef cold sandwich the meat has tasted bad and I had to throw the sandwich away both times because I couldn't eat the smell.
Im sure that my review and feedback will go un-noticed by the owners, but man do i wish they had my hometown favorites and the poor staff members aren't over worked.
Also what happened to the Boulevard Beer, I love to have a beer while I wait for my sammie and now its gone. You can't find boulevard many places in AZ so was so pumped. Maybe if you tried to market the beer and let KC peeps in AZ know more of us would come running.
Update: new owner reached out to me thanking me for feedback. Went and tried them out and much better. Still no boulevard beer back but sandwiches were good!
