Subway

REVISED REVIEW - Owner of the store called me personally. He was sincere and apologized for the way we were treated! Very nice man and he even offered to buy us a meal. I explained we didn't want anything free that we just wanted someone to know about the situation. He thanked me for letting him know and the girl that was so rude to us has been terminated! As she should have been! Thank you for reaching out to me. My daughter and I went to this Subway on Sunday to grab food around 2 to 3 in the afternoon. We walked in, No other patrons were in the store. The female store employee was sitting on a bench on her phone texting, she got up and said she was too busy to help us that they were temporarily closed due to having to make a 6 foot sub. I asked if we could just get a salad and she again said NO, they are temporarily closed and that we could not get anything, then she walked back over to her chair and sat down and began texting again. I then asked for her managers name and she refused I also asked for her name and she again refused. I called the store yesterday and asked for the manager, she laughed and said awe ... you just missed him, I again asked for his first name only and when he would be in so that I could call him, and she laughed and said she had no idea. I will continue to put in reviews until I get someone to reach back out to me.

Let me tell you, I went to the store the customer service was BEYOND AMAZING! the ladies working were friendly, happy, and attentive. I come here every week and the food is outstanding, the lines always short, and the prices are reasonable for the food. my family and I are customers for life, and I won't choose any other location!
