Mcdonald's

Every time I come to this location the lady that is usually at the second window on the night shift is absolutely rude!! It never fails every time I roll my window down and say hey how are you doing she looks me directly in my eye, rolls her eyes then hands me my food. After I get my food I say thank you have a good night and she does the same thing again. I understand times are hard and she probably doesn’t want to be there but if that happens to be the case just stay home. If your going to have that type of attitude go in the back and cook instead of dealing with people.

This McDonald’s was the closest to our hotel so naturally we went there. I’m so glad we did. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We ate inside and it was clean. The staff was super friendly. It takes a lot for me to leave a review so I think that’s saying something. If you’re in Memphis, this is the McDonald’s to go to! If all McDonald’s were like my family’s experience here, McDonald’s would have a damn good reputation! To the staff there: keep doing what you’re doing, you’re rocking it!!

This is the absolute worst McDonald's location i have ever been to and it wasnt a one time ordeal its everytime the workers do not work at night you will sit for an hour or more in your car trapped in the line cause its curbed in and not one order will be taken while the employees laugh and joke in the widows and the other cars honk i even called the phone ....finally i drove over the curb to exit and took my kods to cook out where theh got a great proced meal for half the price in less then ten minutes . i suggest that the entire CREW and the SHIFT LEADER for the night shift because they have no work ethic the day time its a totally different experience you are sevred promptly and kindly but the night time team is trash they dont deserve to make 11$ an hour they make the location seem equally as trashy and if gou do get an order taken your food will not be roght and your fries and nuggets will be soggy and old ...this is my brutally honest review and. My first ever but i was so displeased by the actions of the employees i couldnt just let it go but i assure you this if im in memphos amd hungry at night i will go to cook out before i waste my time my gas again
