Eric and Big and Chris are the best servers I’ve ever had at a restaurant any time in the late night they need a raise and they deserve a raise. If I come back and Eric and big Chris don’t have a raise I won’t be shopping and I promise that is a fact— need a to take care of your night shift. That is your money making shift. They are kind, cool, calm, and collected. For real!!

I have eaten breakfast 🥞🍳 at a number of places in the Memphis area, but this particular Krystal location always is a favorite. I prefer Fried Eggs and the Over-easy eggs here are always cooked to perfection

Looking for fast food after Liberty Bowl fireworks show. At 9:30 got turned away at McDonald’s. Stopped at Krystal, ordered 18 Cheese Krystals and four fries. Lady took the order unflinching, sent us to park and brought ‘em out hot and fresh in a reasonable time. A great fast food experience!

I take that back. I had to wait for 35+ minutes for my food. No one inside no one in drive thru. I asked twice for ketchup. No ketchup. When I attempted to go inside for ketchup the manager rudely told me to slow down. She would bring it out to me. Even though there were 2 of her friends sitting inside. I felt discriminated against. Terrible customer service.

Krystal has always been my favorite because of the spicy chicken wings. I got a bunch delivered through Uber eats last night. It was hot and fresh, carefully packed. I always love those crispy and spicy chicken wings.
