Service was not that great 3 girls working had an attitude or just seemed mad in general. I had a sandwich made wrong and it was difficult to have it remade and when it was remade they put a different kind of chicken in it. Was given facial attitude when i asked if my fries were in the same bag as the sandwich as they were handing it to me because they didn’t acknowledge when i said something the first time about the fries. No need to take your attitude out on the customer when you choose to work there. What goes around comes around

I drove by Ave 18 1/2 off 99 Madera Ca. today and saw this sign. Made me hungry. I thought I would frequent Wendys more often since McCrappies is way too expensive for worse food. When I requested the two for four I was informed they no longer had the deal. When I informed the employee of the sign and their obligation to honor it I was denied. Instead of informing the manager to resolve the issue, when I said I was gonna call the manager I was told go ahead. When I called the manager, as I was on my way to work, and asked for a regional manager I was also denied, guess it is a secret. I told the manager I will just look it up and again, go ahead. I will not ever be going to any Wendys ever again.

I got my nephew the chicken sandwich 4x4 combo. The guy asked if I wanted a sauce for his nuggets I said yes BBQ. They didn't put any BBQ or ketchup no napkins. NOTHING! And when he opens the sandwich he refused to eat it. He said it looked weird. I thought he was over reacting so I took a bite of it and the chicken was super dry and hard.
