Panda Express

I came today at 10:45am (they opened at 10:30am). Probably the best time ever to come. They were just finishing making their food and it was as hot and fresh as it comes! 4 stars because the food still isn't AMAZING. But I was definitely super happy today with the food that I got! Those there this morning were nice and helpful.

Was absolutely awful. I have eaten here a lot and it was better than the other one in town. It's been awhile, so we decided to go today. The food was over cooked, dry and tasted awful. They even made a fresh batch of chow mein that was still dry. They had 4 ppl working and half the serving trays were nearly empty or empty. Corporate needs to retain the whole staff.

Health department can you please step in!! Since when have the standards of service gotten so low. First of all the messy dinning room. The lack of options and empty containers? How about no hands being washed despite watching the one girl without gloves, picked her know then ran her fingers thru the noodles.. how about the four times cashier Andy went in and out of the back room, touched cash and our food without washing or any gloves. Hey Yvonne, Any and Hannah!! The food was dry and hard, we waited more then ten min for something because I couldn't do half rice and half noodle and I couldn't have one I had to take two entrees... Total BS!! You people need to step up! Wash your damn hand and learn some manners!! Wat happened to getting a food handlers cards?? Nasty ass employees, food and over priced nasty ass food.

(10/28/2017 at 9:23pm exactly) After driving all day was starving and wanting some good Chinese food. Google mapped closest Panda Express and this one came up. Hours said open till 10PM got here at 9:25 doors were shut. Wondered if the hours online were wrong but the hours listed on the door said until 10 today and when I tried to wave at the employees they saw me and just ignored me completely trying to pack things up early to go home I guess. Either way never seen this before for any chain. I'm gonna just assume the manager was not there and/or the employees are either poorly managed and lazy because locking your doors 38 mins before you close is pretty bad and embarrassing. I worked in the service industry i know it sucks when people come in at the last hour or I'd even understand if they said the kitchen closed 10-15 mins before close.../but usually with chains they serve you until their listed hours of operation so again either the manager wasn't there & the employees were being lazy, the manager was there but was also being lazy, or the employees are just managed very poorly, if you don't want to serve people beyon a specific time, then make your hours within the time you are willing to serve people don't claim you're open till _______then physically lock out customers over half an hour before closing and look them in the eye and laugh at them when they try to get your attention. New to the area just moved here, but there is a 0% chance of me giving that location my business ever ever ever for the duration I live in Longmont lol even when they're open mid day. These are the type of places that don't wash their hands and play the 5!second rule with your food dropped on the ground hahaha WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE YOU'VE BEEB WARNED!

I've only been to this place once and it seemed average. Food was enjoyable but nothing special. Customer service wasn't bad or mean but wasn't too friendly and nice. The place just seemed.....Average. I am willing to go back to test it out again though. Maybe it was just an off day for the staff. Who knows? But for a first time thing, three stars seems appropriate.
