Taco Bell

I got to the speaker and immediately got an attitude from the worker. While I was trying to say my order I kept getting interrupted while he was talking to his coworkers. I've worked at taco bell before so i know it's easy to mute the mic while talking to other people other than the customer. After all that happened he then tried to charge me for a large freeze just for a water. Finally got to the window he opened it then just walked away without a word. When I finally got home and unwrapped my food everything was half the portion it should've been. I called the store and asked to talk to the manager for a refund. He said I couldn't get a refund for the food unless I brought it back and I live 20 minutes away. I asked if I could bring in photos tomorrow but he said that wasn't good enough. He was very disrespectful when he was talking to me. Safe to say this taco bell is never getting my money again if they don't want to take care of their customers.

They've gone down hill and bad. Tried to put in a door dash order at 10:15 knowing they don't close till midnight just to have the driver show up at 11:30 to pick it up and then sit around for almost half an hour waiting and he had to tell us that they turned off the lights and looked like they were closing, then when I tried to call the store no one answered. As a fast food employee myself I am seriously disappointed. If there's online orders still on they should at least let people know and close it down for doordash.

Mixed up my order and gave it to someone else, ordering systems are down have to do online, took a total of 20 mins of them correcting themselves, focused on drive thru more than customers inside. Had to stand in their line of sight in order to get their attention. Go to the other 2 locations in Longmont, they might be at least somewhat better.
