Five Guys

The food is very good at Five Guys, but our portions seemed very small - especially in comparison to the price. Five Guys is very expensive for a burger joint. I feel I spent way too much for me and my two boys - and that was just for two grilled cheeses, a hot dog, a little fry and a milkshake - totaling $33! Could have sat down for a full meal at TGI Friday's or someplace along those lines. Would have felt better about spending that much if the sandwiches weren't so small. And it takes so long to prepare the food.

The only place I eat burger is In and Out Burger. Unfortunately there is no one here in Maryland! I had to find a replacement. I stopped today at the first burger place close to me and i was amazed! Everything i like about in and out is found on Five guys . The place is clean and neat, customer service is great, hamburger is juicy and fresh and the shakes are to die for!!! This place will be my favorite burger place here. If you are In Out customer like me, you should go with the little hamburger. Regular size fries is also way too much for one person. I wish they had kids menu tho.

Ordered from Door Dash. Order came 1 burger short. Door Dash will only refund the money. Five Guys will remake the order if I pick it up. Already paid delivery fee and tip. I understand Five Guys doesn't want to pay the additional delivery fee but the mistake was theirs. They are responsible for making sure the food is in the bag before it goes. If I have to pick up the food ordered from a delivery app shouldn't I get a delivery fee and tip?
