The lids didn’t fit the cups at all. We had to take the lids off to drink. Thats never happened before. And they didn’t fill the drinks all the way. The drink was about an inch from full. But the Danish was good and so we’re the drinks. Also fast just I paid for it and didn’t get it full on both drinks.

By far one of the best locations of Starbucks. My husband and I travel all over the world and have a lot of experience with Starbucks. They make your Drink your correctly and the manager Sherry and Kelly and Ashley and many others are top-notch. However just recently they hired a new person who is often at the window. She is extremely rude, condescending and always argues with you. When I made a complaint some of the coworkers said the same thing about her. If you don’t fire her I will be calling corporate.

Why when an order is being taken do they always assume what you want when you say black ice coffee.... He always asks for no classic and you know what he gets 6 out of 10 times CLASSIC... Waste of another 6.09$. start listening for the love of coffee.

I ordered a venti cinnamon dulce latte (hot) with 3 pumps of vanilla. 1.5 - 2 minutes later, on the highway, I went to take a sip and it is luke warm bordering cold. At least this time it was filled up proper. Last time my cup was only filled 3/4. However, previously I was on property when I noticed and it was fixed. This time I noticed too late. I guess I will have to start checking my orders for accuracy like I do for fast food drive thrus.

Food and Coffee taste great. This Starbucks is often out of a drink. Also many restrictions with the rewards. This place has its ups and downs.

My favorite place in the world! What's not to like. The coffee and the snacks are always nice and fresh. The restaurant is clean. The staff seems to be friendly. I always stop by this particular location when I visit Lagrange. I recommend this location.

If you can’t open the whole restaurant, then don’t open. Drive thru line wrapped around in different directions blocking all other businesses. At least leave mobile ordering open for those that know what they want instead of getting in the drive thru with people who take 5 minutes to order. It’s faster to drive to Newnan and get a coffee then go here and that’s at 10 am on a Saturday, which according to Google is a slow time. Get it together Starbucks.
