I wish I could have given them 0 stars. This place has gone downhill with the new comers owners. Placed order for pickup. Missing famous chicken sandwich. Nobody answers the phone. Called close to 20 times. Hang up on first few rings or goes to machine that says please type your security code. 1866 number is also useless. They just transfer you to the store. I hate seeing all these once good fast food places going downhill in the area as they get bought up by new comers. They don't seem to care about quality and just nickel and dime everything. Cheap owners. I will not be going here ever again.

We travelled here just before noon on a Sunday. There was no one in the restaurant but us. Staff took a good 5 minutes to come out from the back. The restaurant was filthy. Greasy floors, food all over the tables and floor. The pop machine was not functioning well. Almost no syrup or carbonation, and no ice at all. Food was very very greasy and the gravy clearly had no salt or flavor. Will not be returning to this location. Clean up your act!

This KFC was good up until a few years ago. I've ordered from here for YEARS and since around 2015 its gone so downhill. The poutine gravy is completely tasteless and the chicken has no flavor. I'm finding this to be an issue at every KFC, not only this one. I don't know what happened but KFC is not what it used to be.

The food was not fresh ! There is nothing worse than old fried food and overly battered chicken! It was a terrible combination as I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they were cold and over battered! I was so disappointed as I typically enjoy the Chicken Crunch sandwich! I would never visit that location again and more than likely not eat at KFC for a long time!
