Again, another efficient Time Hortons! Looks like the festive choices are available again 😄 TIP- if you order a large vs medium tea, you get the option of 2 tea bags because of the size. Choosing to take the bag ‘on the side’ means you can have another tea at another time, or make the one you order stronger. #you’rewelcome #kwawesome

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through to get a coffee. This drive through is one of the slowest in the city. All those cars idling in the drive through are great for the environment 😉. The owner spent thousands of dollars on a second menu board and speaker that I have yet to see work. Maybe they should have put the money towards the massive potholes in the drive through. Probably would have been a better investment

Every time we order coffee at this location either the employees don’t speak proper English and when they get the order wrong they are rude to the costumer. Their is always a problem at this location and when asked to talk to a manager and asked for her name she was also ignorant and rude and instead of saying sorry about their mistake she proceeded to argue with me on the telephone. People pay for service we don’t get the coffee for free they also expect you to check your coffee before you live the drive thru, when they should be doing their job probably that’s what they get paid for! I would advise to drive extra 5 minutes to go to another location. I will not be going to this location anymore as I been a customer for the past 10 years!

Unfortunately, this is the timmies I always go to because it's on the way during my weekday commute. However..It's by far the worst location I've ever been to. It's not even because of the long wait times and rude staff, it's the horrible quality of anything that you order. They can't make a simple breakfast sandwich to save their life or any food item for that matter. Their machines are constantly broken and they don't serve any food including fast things like bagels or donuts past like 8pm. Sheer laziness in my opinion.. If you have to stop here, stick to drinks only....trust me.

I've been to this Tim Hortons location several times this month and have been consistently underwhelmed. First of all, the drive-thru is in such poor condition an off-road capable vehicle should be required to use it. It is difficult to imagine how poorly maintained this location must be in order to have a pot hole riddled drive-thru lane that is physically uncomfortable to drive through. This issue creates a very poor first impression to say the least. Multiple times now I have been told that there is no white bread in stock for sandwiches and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day I order. This location does not carry many of the most popular kinds of donuts, which is disappointing. Today I attempted to order a tea and was told that there is no hot water left and the staff are not able to make this kind of beverage. I would expect hot water to be the absolute bare minimum when it comes to a Tim Hortons restaurant. Overall, the poor quality of this establishment is baffling.

Worst place ever... Their employees name prathiba & Veerpal are rude people ever,,, they don't have manners at all I don't know why they keep these people for customer service. Tim Hortons authorities should look into this matter. Manager there is just for name sake... She never show up while there is an issue. We asked prathiba for some thing at 2:30 pm she was like I can't help I have to leave at 3:00 pm... I mean it's was damm half n hour time.... If it goes like this... This place will be shut soon.... If the want to save this place, authorities should look into matter as soon as possible.😡😡😡😡😡😡
