Mcdonald's

Passing through the area recently and had to hop off the highway for a bite. We were extremely impressed with the fresh fries they were so fresh I think they were still sizzling in the container. The burgers were put together with perfection and the gentleman at the second window was a little extra but we appreciated the effort to be super friendly. Thanks all

How is it possible to mess my breakfast up 2 weekends in a row? Last time I was here was last weekend and they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. This weekend they just gave me an entirely different sandwich. I ordered the new spicy bacon and egg and received the spicy chicken. It's just sad. ***Update: My very first order from this store since the last poor experience was messed up again with the exact same mess up. How? Your store clearly doesn't respond to reviews nor do you address any of the issues. It's embarrassing on the owners part.

I went to this location Feb 16 2022 at 12:40am. I placed an order and the employee taking the order needs to improve his manners. His tone of voice was rude. When I drove up the the second window I literally waited there for over 10 mins. He never came to the window to take the payment first. At least come by first take the payment and let us know you are behind. Don't just leave a customer waiting there not knowing what's going on. I eventually left because no one showed up to the window.

Went to this McDonalds tonight to grab two iced coffees. Waited in the drive thru in the second lane with no service. Two cars were let ahead of me in first lane. Had to drive backwards to go into the first lane, asked the lady working if the lane I was previously in was open and explained two cars after me had their order taken. She began giving me attitude and saying she wasn’t sure if the lane was working. Did not apologize for her mistake. Once I got to the window, I was polite and got over what had happened. She began to give me even more attitude and rushed me to leave. Don’t bring their mistake to the surface or you get treated badly. Overall not impressed and think staff working in that type of field should be more customer friendly and realize mistakes happen, but sometimes apologies make a difference.

I don't know the employees name sadly because she was not waring her name tag, but it was 2:20am May 24th 2022, my girlfriend had went to this location to get mcdonalds and was yelled at for no reason and treated extremely rudley, its very dissapointing since this is the closest mcdonalds to us and we both work at the hospital and have 2 kids so we rarely get to eat out. Very dissapointed in this customer service. :(
