Subway

I came and ordered a Crispy Chicken Sub on my lunch break, first time trying it. The sub it self tasted off but I didn’t think anything of it because it was my first time trying it and I was also hungry as it was my first meal of the day. I thought it just wasn’t my type. Later that evening I started to feel pain in my stomach, and felt like I needed to throw up. I ended up throwing up about 6 times that night. My sickness lasted about 2 days. I called the store the next morning to let them know what happened, not to get money back but just to inform them so that they can look into it, and so that the next person doesn’t get sick. The manager was completely denying any possibility of the chicken possibly going bad. He insisted that the chicken was fresh from the fridge every day. Rather than acknowledging the issue, and genuinely apologizing. He just rubbed it off and said “Well you can come and get your refund if you want”. Horrible service. Think twice before you go here.

I love to eat at Subway but the customer service at this location is worst in the world. I would never want to come again to this location and never would recommend anyone to go at this location due to arrogant behavior of employees working over there. They act as if they are giving us free food. I had asked him to do grill but he makes faces to do grill or even he did grill on side ways which i am attaching photos. Moreover when we ask to put dressing they act weird as if we are allowed to take only one dressing of all. Not at all satisfied.

Worst customer service, I went to this location at 7:15 I asked the guy for fresh bread from trolley he gave it to me from rack I asked him again plz gave me those one but he started argued with me, he said I hav to used old one frist , if customers want fresh Wht he has problem, thn after veggi guy I asked him can spread onions he make tht kind of sub like animal dnt want to eat, I knw the owner he is nice guy but the employees I had frist time worst experience in this location

I love the food but the service is a disaster. I won’t come again to this location, the employee yelled at me and mistreated me and accused me of changing the order when he changed it at the beginning even though I tried to explain to him he didn’t listen to me. He then started throwing the food into the container because he was mad at me which ruined my day and gave me the worst experience I ever had in a fast food place. I love subway but I won’t come back to this location ever in my life I don’t recommend it to anyone who actually want to enjoy their days. The same employee gave me problems and low quality service before but nothing big, this is something that I won’t forgive and gave me a lot of anxiety.

I visit this subway and they served me really bad. I ordered 2 subs and the tall guy was making subs in a very weird manner. He was literally throwing cheese on the sub like anything as well as veggies the sauces was every where on the deli paper it look like he was not in a mood to make the sub. It was really a bad experience.

Everytime I visit there I feel so embarassed ordering my sub as the tall guy did not put any effort to satisy you. Seems like he tries to save the veggies for himself in the end of night. Such a disastrous experience visiting that place...especially do not bring them any discount coupons, they'll treat you like freebie.
