Terrible. Dirty. Rude rude rude staff. Do not go here. Anywhere around is better here. Undercooked burger. Cold fries. Charge you for dip. There was crumbs and stuff stuck on all of the tables. The washrooms were dirty and disgusting. I mentioned a leak to a staff member and she told me to "just go home then" go to the chicken place or even the pizza place in tht plaza. Don't go here.

Come on..!...What happened to the ketchup pump? They give you two tiny ketchup packets per poutine. If you want more you have to ask in front of all the other costumers and they give you one at a time. Giving the fact there is no drive through at this location, taking away the self serve ketchup pump while selling poutine or french fries is not a good idea....... I will now drive to a location with a drive through..... Yeah ketchup is a big deal here.

What's to tell ?! Unless you've been living under a rock for the last 30 years, this is a fast food chain, probably one of the best. Make no mistake, this isn't a McDonald's or BurgerKing. They actually serve good food here, for fast food, they would be one step, below Arby's, and one above Wendy's and A&W. They make poutines that don't sit in your stomach like a brick. Their Buffalo chicken is a signature that can't be matched on so many levels of satisfaction. The only complaint I have is there isn't enough of them around!

When I asked to pay my bill using SCENE points, the cashier instead gave me SCENE points and asked me to pay the bill and started arguing that she hit the other button by mistake!! The girl serving me the burger also was deaf, constantly asking me to speak louder and louder. Lastly, the fries they gave were really oily!!!
