Subway

Got one or two toppings on my sub, asked for extra cucumber, he put 2 more pieces, i asked for more since I wasn’t getting much on my sub and the worker who seemed to be the owner said “when you ask for extra, you get extra. That is 6 pieces of cucumber. I’ve counted”. Do not recommend this location. Never had this problem before except for here.

Ordered on line for pickup. Got there and there was one customer ahead of me. Once other customer was done asked for my order. Was told it was not ready and he he had to make it for me. Asked for discount since it wasn't ready and was told he was too busy and that he could either make it or cancel it!! This is ridiculous!!! What is the point of ordering it online if it is not going to be ready!!! On top of that the subs I ordered had incorrect toppings on it!! Terrible customer service! Will not be going back!!!!

Where do I start with the customer service the guy was dealing with money and without changing his gloves went to make a sub 🤮 even without everything going on that is disgusting because I ordered online they made it in the back it had nothing I ordered on it. I didn't was spinach green peppers cucumbers onions cheese bun or sauce but I got it. There was no one in the store 3 people working and I waited almost 20 mins for a gross sub. I haven't been there in like a year and my goodness it's gross in there.

So I totally understand accidents happen....but they made the sub wrong for my child. Added ranch to a plane sub...my kid does not like any sauces. So my dad pointed it out...he said oh sorry I don't have anymore steak. Ok again I get it you ran out...but to make my dad pay for a sub that you made wrong, that we ended up throwing out, because honestly I can't stand ranch either...is not ok. I will think twice before going here again. If you make a mistake, no worries, but then the customer should not pay for it!!!!
