Lack luster and overall underwhelming.
The fries were all the bottom of the basket fries. All tiny little bits and pieces. The spicy chicken sandwich was overcooked, dry and cold all in the same bite. Had brown lettuce placed on my sandwich.

I was so excited to get Wendy's. I live out of town and there are none around me. Went at 11:30AM so I missed the new breakfast menu but sadly my lunch was stone cold. Lunch started 30 minutes prior...How can the food already be cold? Wont be returning to this location.

Just ordered a classic chicken burger - I don't know what thin non sense is this in the burger. Work on your standards because this is unacceptable. I feel like throwing this at your Wendy's door . 🚪 I also feel upset in the stomach- I dislike you WENDY'Sssssssssssssss and crap person that made that stupid burger!!!!!!!!

Attending cashier was less then interested in my order. Was more concerned with robotic movements to get through her day. Although I understand, the rub was she was ignoring me when I asked for ketchup, no receipt, and was busy chatting with her coworkers. It was the being ignored part that got me. Another worker recognized I was patiently waiting and gave me the ketchup. For a service oriented organization, it's the service as much as the food.

Never have had a problem here. Food and service is reliable. Also tried breakfast for the first time today and it was superb, much better than some other places. Biscuit is HIGHLY recommended!

Tried out the new Wendy's breakfast, and it was the best of all fast foods. I had the breakfast baconator, large crispy potatoes and a large coke zero ( it was a hot day). If I had a Wendy's closer to my house this would be my new breakfast go to choice. Maybe it will be anyway!

Tried using the drive thru here. It was only 10:15pm on a Thursday night. According to both Google & the Wendy's website this location should have been open until midnight. We waited at the lit menu board for about 10 minutes. Finally gave up & drove to the window. None of the staff would come to the window
or even acknowledge that we were there waiting. They looked at us a couple of times. Finally someone mopping the floor looked over at us & just waved their arms at us indicating to just move on. How hard is it to say that "sorry we are closed"?How difficult is it to turn off the menu board?This location needs to communicate with customers better.
