Burgerim

My son and I had lunch today at the Willowbrook location. The food was GREAT! I had the Angus beef burger, french fries and a drink. The burger and fries were so GOOD. My son had the Hawaiian Salmon burger which he said was unlike any salmon he had ever had. On the downside, the young man who took our order had to also cook the food. He was very courteous, but he needs some help like someone to take the orders. I honestly think this restaurant serves food that is several cuts above the other food places in the mall and those outside the mall.as well..

I absolutely love this place. I had zero expectations and the food took me off guard. I ordered the salmon burger with pineapple and the spicier Mexican style burger for my husband with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately my husband never got his full burger 🍔 because I just couldn't help myself! Both burgers were great and different from anything I've had. This place is also perfectly located if you're shopping or if you're like me and just want to grab food without trekking through the mall since it has a door directly along side the parking lot! We'll definitely be back.

Had seen the "coming soon" sign here for a while and had been looking forward to getting burgers here in the mall. Was glad to see the place was finally open. Got a Duo combo with Angus Beef and Salmon burgers and fries. Servers were really courteous and friendly. Food was very tasty and I especially liked the salmon. Atmosphere in the place is welcoming. Good place for burgers!

Had the chance to stop by and check out BurgerIM Willowbrook. Food was phenomenal!!! I'm a super picky eater so if I tell you their food is bomb, TRUST ME!!!! Service was beyond exceptional as well. Overall, great place to stop and chill for a bit while shopping at the mall. Definitely will be stopping by again. Check it out! You won't be disappointed!

Great food, good prices but one draw back. I ordered a burger of course but I did not notice the up charge for the larger burger and although I ate it and I did like it, I can tell you I do not believe it was a 1/3lb burger over the 1/4lb I ordered but was not charged for. I will give the benefit of the doubt but as a former 300lbs now 195lbs human being I know what a 1/3 burger looks like and one feels like after eating....... still tasted great and the sweet potato fries had a great flavor and a decent crunch but were very floppy.

This. Place. Is. GREAT!! The food was all freshly made after we ordered so came out nice and hot. The menu is very diverse with lamb, vegan & gluten free options as well as the traditional wings & burger joint fare. The customer service was friendly and attentive. Love that they have milkshake and soda options well as beer and wine for us mature folks Atmosphere was great, music and sports (re-runs, thanks COVID-19) on the big screen. We will definitely return for sure!!

The food, atmosphere, and service that this location provided was great! The hamburgers were absolutely delicious and the employees were quite welcoming! The interior appearance of the place was also very nice. The only issues that I had was that the music was too loud and that there were no cups for the drinks. Besides that, this place deserves 4 stars!
