I’m visiting town for a day and impressed by the staff already. Heard the baristas greet their regular by name and have a conversation . It was the sweetest interaction. My drink was perfect.

When I say these people are wonderful, I mean it. This is not my regular go to Starbucks but the 2 people working there today made my day, RJ and Alyssa/Alees? (Im sorry for forgetting your name). I ordered my drink through the app and aksed for light water and before making my drink they politely asked me exactly how I wanted it to clarify i got what i wanted. They did it PERFECTLY!!! I even went back through the drive thru just to let them know and was gifted some cute holiday stickers. Thank you both for making my day!!!

Quiet on a Saturday morning. Quick coffee and egg sandwich. Sandwich was good but egg tasted like bulk egg mix turned into an scrambled egg square.

They were very nice an professional, 2 of the items that I purchased was no where to be found they offer something different or a refund. I chose the refund and they had issues doing the refund to the app so they gave me a cash refund they handled themselves very well and was very curious the whole time. Found this Starbuck's by accident looking for a place to pull over sit and do some work after a unexpected drive to Kingwood. It was a calm, peaceful and welcoming environment. The design if the store is nothing special, it's a stand alone store with a circular drive through lane.
