Panera Bread

Came here for a quick to-go dinner and got his that. I received such great service!! Jullian took my order and he was so helpful! He ensured I got all the specifics although they were listed options on the menu and I appreciate his effort. The Mediterranean grain bowl was extremely fulfilling, the cheddar broccoli soup is always delicious, and the fruit cup was a great snack for later. Thank I’ve found my go-to healthy dinner spot. 😊

I always love Panera anytime. This is a good location but the place needs a little love and cleanliness. The last couple of times j was here there was no sweet tea? I often come to find tables not bused very well and crumps in the seats. The service and food of course is always very good and fast. Wonderful bread and pastries. I just wish the potatoes soup was available all the time!

Panera was my go-to lunch spot during work hours, because it was quick, wholesome, and easy for anyone with any special diet. It's a great place to have a working meeting or meet a client... Except they have done away with the gluten conscious cookies, and the last time I went to the restaurant, it seemed like they were more concerned with closing activities than making my food correctly. I paid extra for toppings I didn't get. My salad was swimming in dressing... Very disappointing.

Food is normally good...BUT...ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CALL IN ORDER!!! I was in there for 20 minutes making large coffees for work & when I finally get to the office, wrong tubs of cream cheese!! Useless to call & get it worked out!! They don't EVER answer the phones!! It wasn't during their busy time either!! The ladies up front were too busy conversating with each other to notice anything!!!! I'm disappointed for sure!!! When I go back, we'll see how they respond!!!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the Hermitage Panera Bread tonight!!! We had just finished the last of four performances and wanted to have a wrap party to celebrate. We had plans to go to a certain "other" place and a call had even been made the previous night to make arrangements with the manager. However, when our people started showing up they felt less than welcomed and the place did not seem ready to be able to handle our large crew. We scrambled and made a quick call to Panera Bread to see if they would welcome us there instead. They certainly did!!! Our crew of 50+ students and their families headed to Panera and the service was stellar! They welcomed us in, cooked special orders for all of us, tolerated our celebratory volume, and just took the BEST care of us!!! Thank you so much you all for making us feel welcome tonight! We appreciated it so much!!!
