Terrible service, but friendly drive thru workers. Double cheeseburger looked like a burned pancake, no condiments on it EXCEPT ketchup; fries were cold so asked for a fresh batch only to have the same cold fries returned to me after the fries were dropped in grease to reheat. SMFH. Do better. It's not that hard.

The staff basically ignores you as long as they can so they don’t have to deal with you hoping you’ll go to the kiosk. If you’re unfamiliar with the kiosk and you’re not sure what to do, they will just let you stand there forever and not say anything. The strange thing about my experience was that although I was completely ignored a different customer came in and was immediately served at the counter. I can only use one word to describe the quality of the work ethic that I observe in the people I see working the front counter. Useless. I know working in a McDonald’s on a Sunday Isn’t where most people wish themselves to be, But you can choose your attitude and you choose whether or not you’re going to make the most of it and be a positive person or you’re just going to be a toxic victim to be avoided. I guess the bar is only as high as being grateful they show up to work. Funny how when you go to Chick-fil-A it is never like that no matter where you go or what Chick-fil-A you go to. You can definitely tell the difference in company cultures and just how deeply embedded it is in the organizations.

Rude rude employees on night shift while attempting to pick up delivery service orders for DoorDash and Uber eats. Claims that order are already picked up when they don't want to make food forcing drivers to cancel orders and hurt ratings as well as affecting the customer population needs to be dealt with

With all due respect this drive thru worker that is here constantly…can’t even get orders right and has an attitude every time I come through..my orders are wrong every single time…I came thru 4/12/22 at about 2:45 am and I specifically asked “can I please get 4 Buffalo?” I couldn’t even get that… tried to remind him but his attitude really isn’t right…

Gross. Do people actually still put this garbage into their mouths? The last time I couldn't resist the craving for McTrash, I gave in and ate about half of a quarter pounder- my long time ago favorite McD sandwich. I felt more and more sick with each bite, and nearly wretched by the halfway point. I felt awful after and it took about another day for me to recover and feel normal again. And don't get me started on that "dollar menu" business. How can anyone in their right mind think they can purchase "food" for a dollar? I would sooner starve than eat that disgusting concoction of chemicals.
