Terrible customer service upon phone order and upon arrival my food was not ready or remembered. Food was not good after waiting 15min. After leaving I realized getting any type of cooked food from foreigners who have no respect or value for customers paying our hard earned money deserves none of my business ever again thankfully I don’t live in the area.

Didn’t have to wait long for the food however talk about disappointment. The crab Rangoon taste like vomit as well as everything else we ordered was pretty bad except the shrimp lo mein and shrimp fried rice. We have a family of 6 and we ordered plenty for the family needless to say dinner and dollars down the drain. Not interested in giving it another chance.

Called my order in before my lunch break. Got in the store and the credit card machine wasn't working. After waiting my entire lunch break for her to say the machine wasn't working, I asked her was she going to provide a discount for my food being cold, and me having to spend money to bring cash back. She said yes. So I went to the grocery store next door to get cash, came back and she acted like she didn't tell me she would give me a discount. I've never seen someone switch so fast and pretend she didn't understand a bit of English.

Great fresh food but Poor customer service!! In the pass weekI have traveled 45mins away grom home and I have spent $289.45 in food for my family. I would for soy sauce, duck sauce, and got mustard and lady gave me 2 pocket of each. I said to her can we have more sauce and napkins a fork because this order is for 8 people. She no but I could buy for $2.00. Never will I ever return.
