Debbie’s Bistro in Henderson, Texas is a wonderful find. I googled for the best sandwiches/lunches and Debbie’s was rated the best. My first visit for a Reuben sandwich to go was worth the long wait time as they were extremely busy. I actually finished my sandwich for dinner and it was still great. I noticed that they had dinners to go and will be trying their frozen lasagna tonight.

The staff at Debbie's Bistro is amazing! The sandwiches are above all others. We had the California Club, and the roast beef sandwich. The California Club is served on a sweet jalapeno roll and was much better than I had anticipated. The pasta salad is just like Grandma used to make. I highly recommend Debbie's Bistro do anybody wanting a nice lunch at a reasonable price.

The peanut butter, chocolate cake is the nicest cake I've had in the year I've been in Texas. This is my go to place from now on for decent cake. Thank you.

Perfect spot for lunch! Salads, sandwiches, and desserts! Homemade desserts like chess pie, chocolate pecan, and tuxedo cake! From order to eating took a while, but it was well worth the wait! The care and crafting of each dish was well worth the time spent waiting. Go, eat, and enjoy! Service was amazing as well.

If you have the good fortune to be hungry while in Henderson, get to Debbie’s Bistro. Have a really good sandwich, some of the best pasta salad you’ll ever have, and leave very satisfied.

In Henderson! You had better know where this place is or you will drive right past it. Really good food and the unsweet ice tee was great too. I did not try the deserts because I am fat (that is how I got that way), but they looked good. I don't think this place necessarily makes Henderson a destination or anything, but if you are driving through this little town on the way to somewhere else (which is why most people drive through Henderson), this is a great place to stop.
