Jamba Juice

Very clean refreshing atmosphere. Very nice staff that worked efficiently to give us our order. We really love this place and go a few times a week. Her favorite is the white gummy bear, and mine is the one that tastes just like strawberry lemonade. We also got the sourdough cheddar pretzel, out of this world at the warm temperature it was served!!!

I read the reviews about the rudeness but I personally I had a pleasant experience. The girl at the register was very friendly and I got my drink right away.(granted I did go early in the morning and there where no other customers, so that could be part of the reason). Perhaps the key is to go in early in the morning.

I’ll be sure to avoid this Jamba Juice by any means, there was a girl today 4-19-21 @ 12:45pm that worked the register and had a very major attitude and would rather be home then at work! This gave me a very very very bad experience here when I can always go to Starbucks or Coffee bean and get great service with no attitude! I’ll be sure to tell people to avoid this ghetto Jamba Juice

I’ve been to this Jamba Juice a few times since it’s the closest to my house but it seems each time I come the staff gets more and more rude. Today I came with a friend and I held the door open for her (maybe 15 seconds as she went back to lock the car) and one of the employees yelled at me from the back “lady shut my door!” Really?! I’m trying to figure out what was so dire that the door not remain open for 15 seconds. Next time I’ll shut the door, and I’ll be on the other side because I won’t spend my money where I’m treated rudely.

I’m 8 months pregnant and was told to wait outside in 106 degree weather! The same young man who told me to wait outside and because everyone else has to, allowed another man to walk inside along with the customer I was told to wait outside for. We walked in at the same time! I’m so disappointed in jamba juices employees and how inconsiderate they can be. I spoke to the manager maryann I believe her name was and she told me only if you come in with others you’re allowed to come in with more than one person but their policy is to not allow more than one person. The two men I walked in with were not together and if it is their policy, why allow two people in at all? I spoke to another Jamba Juice manager at another site and she told me that it wasn’t right and they should’ve fixed what they did. This makes Jamba Juice look very bad in my opinion. If I would’ve fainted from standing in the heat waiting for a smoothie, what then? Pregnant women, beware of these rude people
