I redeemed a daily deal, B1G1 Happy Meal and it was easy to order through the drive-thru and give the drive-thru code as well as add to the order. It has a switch if you want to pay with your debit card without having to give them the card. Points are added automatically when you pay in the app. Very easy and convenient!

The food is hot and fresh and fast...but the employees are not friendly like they used to be. The employees used to be happy and friendly. Now, I was with an older man who gave the cashier a tip of $1. She took it like it was our trash, looked put out, said nothing, and we left. I thought that was just a bad day, went through drive-through again...and again, the employees seem miserable.

First it started with my incorrect order, which was fixed at the first window got to the 2nd window and was asked to pull around and wait on my fries which was odd cause the happy meal I was just handed only had fries in it, No nuggets at all. So when I finally got someone's attention to tell them I was missing the nuggets, she had an attitude as if I was lying after spending 40$ on food. SMH and BTW I got my fries I was waiting for half full and not hot. Not sure why I was asked to wait for fries 😕

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru, got home and took a bite of what was the toughest chicken I had ever experienced in my whole life! It was so tough I couldn't bite through it. I am not a vegetarian, but this was so disgusting it made me gag. I had my receipt and called them about it. The guy told me to come back and they would get me something else. I was no longer close by, but did return a few days later. It was about 7pm and the dine in was closed for some reason as are other McDonald's these days. I really am turned off by these places that close in house dining at EARLY dinner time. It's just not right. I drove through the drive thru again and told them about my bad experience with the tough chicken sandwich, but no one really seemed to care. I got a big Mac as a replacement and it was ok. My first big Mac in years and sadly it's not close to what it used to be. I used to be a fan of the filet o fish, but occasionally a dreaded fish bone makes me wary of that sandwich. I know that tough chicken was hopefully an isolated incident, but it was incredibly disgusting. I will never order that again. Better choices at other restaurants.
