**AVOID THIS LOCATION** Save yourself the headache. There is a McDonald’s that is much better right across from CF Limeridge Mall. This must be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. 👎👎👎 I have had multiple issues with this specific location. On one occasion, there was an entire meal missing from my order. Another time, I waited for almost an hour (after paying) in the drive thru reserved spot to have them forget my order completely and very rudely ask why I was parked there. Then yesterday, I order just one meal for myself, when I got my order, the large fry was 2/3 short. I tried calling them, but there was no answer.

LOL Fries were super fresh and hot but no effort with the burger not complaining just thought it was super funny LITERALLY threw it in the container and got it out 🤣🤣

Slowest McDonald’s ever! Very understaffed!! Their system to move up and park doesn’t work. It only creates a back log of cars and very long wait times! Terrible! 😒👎👎👎🍔🍟 waited over 20 min to get my meal.

It's McDonald's breakfast, what you'd expect. Except this time there wasn't egg shell in my eggs, that was a pleasant surprise. The woman at the window was very enthusiastic and actually made waiting fun. Food was hot and fresh, hash browns were crisp. Finally some good McDonald's.

First we ordered 2 skor mc flurries but I cant get a picture of them they never showed up
And I asked for extra pickles and got no pickles at all. I had a issue the last time with this location as well at Rymal and Upperjames and missing items and messed up order. I been eating for free through uber at this location for 3 months now because their staff is sooo bad they have to refund me every time I order with pictures to prove their mistakes of course if you want a free meal this mcdonalds is guaranteed to mess up your order over and over and over again.

there is a specific place inside to kids play however that place is insanely hot. I cant believe there is not air conditioner there. When I asked for the employee about it. it was too rude. So, nobody cares about it. too bad environment. it is unhealthy for kids at all! No air circulation.

When I got in there. There were past employees talking to the person behind the counter. She kept chatting with the girl, who I assume was working. No food really went out. The only food that was going out was the Uber, and skip. So I had to wait until the lady who I assumed was working to finish her very long conversation with her friends, before myself or anyone else who was waiting for their food to come.

Afternoon staff was very friendly. They gave me wrong drink and when i ask for replacement they gave me an additional muffin. I was happy .
