Red Rockets

I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of food the other day for take out. When I opened up the bags of food when I got home a large portion of my order that they charged me for was missing. I called the Ancaster location that I ordered from to tell them I was missing some food and I have never been spoken to more rudely before. The guy I spoke to on the phone called me a liar and said that there was no way I was missing food and tried to fight me on the fact that they made a screw up ! I never asked for money back just the food I ordered. The situation never got resolved either because of the extremely rude person on the phone just hung up on my after I tried to explain again that there was food missing . All in all I would not recommend getting food from here or dealing with this staff . The food that we did get was definitely not even worth the price they charge . Very unfortunate

Poor quality food three times in a row. This is sad for me to be writing but I cannot order from here anymore. Tonight was the third time we got sub-par wings and fries. The wings are over-cooked, tough and dry. The fries taste bitter. I am guessing they are not changing the oil in the fryers? The coleslaw is flavourless and inedible. They used to be our favourite. Now we're looking for a new place or order wings. So sad.

I was brought lunch to my worksite today by a friend and as soon as it was handed to me my mouth started watering. The smell of the food was amazing! But the TASTE was true quality. Wings were so flavourful and the ribs were fall off the bone! The portions were very generous as well! Kudos to Red Rockets and their team. I will definitely return for more. I didn’t take before pics and my after pics were just bones 🤤
