Jack In The Box

Better ask for no sauce on your tacos or you risk this.. not sure if the sauce packets in the bag were a joke or what. Also thanks to covid, you best double check your order before driving off otherwise you'll have to pull around and wait in the drive thru line again, Food is great when it's not drowning in sauce and grease.

First of all, I need to say that I've been to quite a few drive-throughs, but this was the worst drive-through setup that I've ever been to. The guy taking our order had a bit of an attitude, but they did seem understaffed, however there wasn't a line when my boyfriend and I got there. Fortunately, our milkshakes were pretty good, super thick but tasty. Jack in the Box does have some of the best fast food shakes which is why we went here in the first place.

Very disappointed in drive up window service. Ordered popcorn chicken and asked what flavored sauce they had. The woman said "Good Sauce". I thought she didn't hear or understand me and repeated my question. She promptly said I'll tell you at the window. Got to window and she didn't even greet me just told me how much I owed. When she handed me my drink it was only halfway filled. No thank you. She was lacking customer service skills and I felt rushed and like I was a bother to her day. What ever happened to customer service?

Horrible service also I tried Apple Pay n it wasn’t working the young boy n older lady was speaking about how I should pay n was very rude in Spanish and said y can’t I afford too pay with cash or card. Crazy thing is that they thought I didn’t understand them when in fact I did but it’s fine I will no longer support this company with anymore of my money nor my family money and I usual spend more than $50 each transaction. But it’s fine I’ll go else where.

Normally I'm a Jitb fan. I love that you can get breakfast all day, their tiny tacos, and nighttime munchy meals. I've also been known to get a flavored iced coffee and Jr. Jack. However, this particular Jack in the Box rarely has enough staff and they seem to regularly leave new staff alone. Get it together Jack in the Box on Burnside in Gresham, Oregon 🙄🙄.
