Best spot in town for bagels. Love the salmon one but got the prosciutto pizza bagel today, delicious. Always great service! Lovely live piano jazz being played made the experience even better.

The bagels are really good but the service is so absurdly slow. I've never seen anyone take so long to put cream cheese on a bagel. The workers had absolutely no idea of getting orders completed and dawdled so long doing simple tasks like putting on tomatoes. There were about 6 people working and about the same number in line in front of me and still it took 30 minutes for me to get one bagel. The orders in front of me were not large or complicated either, one or two items. I swear, you could get faster service at the DMV. The only reason these guys might still be in business is because they have no competition anywhere nearby.

Place is pretty cool, I go here with my best friend when we work at market. I love the style of the place and the piano player is amazing. Good bagels all around and a very nice store overall.

I was really disappointed with this bagel shop. The atmosphere is great but it seems extremely disorganized and getting a bagel sandwich should be pretty straightforward. I don't live in the area but dropped in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. I walked over to the "Order" area and waited. As I was waiting someone walked in for a pickup order and it wasn't ready. She was still there when I left! After a lot of people shuffling chaotically behind the counter, someone took my order. I ordered a $9 bagel sandwich with prosciutto and a smoothie but didn't want banana. Apparently they are "pre-packaged" so no custom order - fine by me should be faster! 10 minutes later someone arriving for their shift struggled with taking payment while chatting with a person that appeared to be a manager. Meanwhile, there are several people making food but no orders coming out for the handful of people waiting. I finally asked about my order and the cashier asked who was making it. What? Don't you have a process back there? How would I know? Apparently the person taking my order is responsible for making my smoothie and my sandwich and when she was asked, nope, smoothie was forgotten in the blender and sandwich not started. 25 minutes after I ordered I walked out with food. It wasn't until I arrive late to work that I realized they gave me a plain bagel. Super frustrating and won't be going back.

It’s true that the bagels are not the best (not sure if they boil or steam them), but for PNW bagels, they’re OK. Service can be slow, but is friendly, at least in my experience. The Farmer breakfast sandwich is pretty good. Mochas are decent. Nice atmosphere. Convenient parking.

I've given this place a couple of chances. It really pains me to hear the pure rude and bitterness of the employees when ordering and thank lack of any sort of greeting. So I tried to order online and just pick it up. half my order was not there and everything is stapled shut so I didn't open it until I got home. After 5 phone attempts I finally reached someone there. Completely rude again. You can hear and sense the I don't give a ----. I really wish the service was even a 2 star because I love the idea of the place.

Honestly I love jazzy bagels but they literally don’t answer the phone. I have tried calling numerous times and then tried while in line to see if the phone rang and they must keep the phone volume down all the way because I didn’t hear it and could see the phone. I’m leaving this review because I’m not sure if the owners are aware of that and it’s something I would really care about if it was my business.

The food is pretty good. The service is definitely lacking. If you go in and there are 2 people in front of you, you will be there for 20-30 minutes to get a sandwich made. I’ve learned to order online ahead of time about 30 minutes before I’m ready. The workers are friendly, just super slow.
