Baja Fresh

I got a Christmas gift card from my daughter for here...we showed up at 7:00 they were slow and sitting down. Although they were very polite every table was dirty, food was old and cold. I ordered chicken fajitas and got cold steak fajitas. Needles to say we both got sick later on in the evening. 🤢☹

The tacos and burritos were good, only complaint my shrimp was so overcooked it needed a lot of sauce to make up for that one. The staff was friendly, do think they should have their hair up and away from the food. The restaurant itself could have used a light cleaning, the salsa bar needed it a bit too. The nacho burritos we got were perfection.

Pretty disappointed. After work didnt want to make dinner so I ordered online. It said it would be ready in a half hour. Head over 5 minutes till and our food isn't even made. We ordered two dishes. I'd only had baja one other time and was excited for the different salsa choices you get with your meal and we got none of that. I also paid an extra 175 for guacamole and didnt get that either. Just disappointed.

We used to love coming here. Came last night and were shocked at 6:00pm there was no one there and only 2 employees that did everything. In the hour we were there no one came in and the phone did not ring for orders. Very dirty and dark, no music. They will not last long even though the menu is good. Very sad!

It’s right next to a Panda Express that always has a line out the door. My quiet tip toe because of a mean step father (not because I’m sneaky) wasn’t auditory to the front of the house and back of the house which work in the same area. When the Point of Sale gal noticed me after 4 minutes (wasn’t mad, I could have spoke up) finally noticed me she was super positive and helpful. They have a variety of food that is actually truly wholesome unless they are lying about secret ingredients. I was cool with the elevated price as I figure it’s expensive to keep fresh food at the ready. I don’t know why there were so many people at Panda but not Baja Fresh. My food was tasty and, again; I can only imagine it was healthy from the ingredients. I will go there again.
