Subway

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered our food in advance using Subway app. When I arrived to pick it up the worker , Judy, told us she did not have an order for us via the app. We showed her the order on our phone. Then she told us that she had given our food to doordash. I expressed that was okay I would wait while she remade the order since I didn't send doordash to get my food. She refused to remake our order and refuse to refund our money when it was clearly her mistake and she give our food to doordash. She argued with us as I expressed to her why would I tell doordash to pick up my food and come get it at the same time. I told her I don't even use your dash I don't have the app and I've never been to your store. She was rude, disrespectful, and refused to provide any solution to the situation. I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund of my money and I will never go into that store again.

They put just the right amount of stuff on their Subs. The Subway on Hicone Rd; yeah, well they hardly put anything on their Subs. I love the Subway that's in Pyramids Village. I always go there to get some of their freshly baked Raspberry Cheesecake cookies, and their White Chocolate Chip and Macadamia Nut cookies. Then, I'll get a foot long BLT on Italian Herb and Cheese brrad; with American Cheese toasted on it. Then put some Mayonaise, and some Salt & Pepper. Then, there ya go, you're good to go. THERE, YA GOT YA'SELF THE BEST FOOT LONG SUB, YALL'VE EVER HAD; AND YOU'LL NEVER WANNA SUB FROM ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN!!

Last night I did a mobile order and did NOT get what I ordered. What I got was a footling with LOTS of mayo NO MEAT!!! I called and asked to speak with a manger the guy says there is no manger here. I asked if the owner was in he say NAH YO!!!! I use to love this subway but since the owner is never there it’s just not good.I drive a long way to this subway because it use to be the best one but now 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

What is it about when I visit Charlotte I get back to my destination and I have NO UTENSILS, NO NAPKINS, and I got 1 package of ketchup and 1 package of hot sauce (thank goodness I actually asked for some) for $21 worth of chicken wings, slaw, shrimp, and fries. I definitely know from now on to ask for everything and check my bag before I drive off if I'm picking up food in Charlotte.
